An owned meeting-notes system that runs in ChatGPT Work and a private Sites deployment, using the owner's Groq API key for speech recognition

Before you deploy
- The running agent must actually have native ChatGPT Work and Sites tools; Codex or another CLI alone does not establish deployment capability
- Check the installation environment and pinned documents and complete a clean install and build before creating a private Site and managed D1 and R2
- After deployment the owner signs in and enters a Groq API key in the website, never in chat
- Before processing audio separately verify authorized agent uploads to the private site; browser sign-in does not authorize the agent
What to know first
- Pasting this URL does not guarantee automatic deployment; this update adds operating safeguards and does not fix application code
- The documented install failed on default macOS; managed Linux and fresh-account flows remain unverified
- Application source and contracts use different pinned revisions; agents must use the document URLs in install.json rather than treat a missing checkout file as a missing contract
- A local build with reused dependencies and mocked Groq does not verify clean installation or real speech recognition
- Audio is sent to Groq for recognition and the owner must first configure the key in the website
- If upload authorization is unavailable report only the website stage; do not claim usable audio processing or make the site public to bypass authorization
- Unattended next-day continuation is not guaranteed and complete backup restore and automated deletion remain incomplete

Current stage
Preflight checks, pinned document mapping and separate stage reporting are documented. Local checks on 2026-09-17 found the documented macOS install path failed. A build with reused dependencies and mocked audio flow passed, but clean installation, fresh-account deployment, real Groq, backup, restore and teardown remain unverified. Application source stays at b484d674c8572ecfaf8f9649484fa59db98e2250 and contracts at 9d29844c858c3619dda9d98e1aa5ddc3d42e3e76; do not mix the revisions
